This is the deterministic lint from TDQS 1.3 (mcp-tdqs 0.2.0 (Apache-2.0)). It checks hard gates, schema signals, and shadow candidates. It does not compute Glama’s 1.0–5.0 Tool Definition Quality Score, which needs a model call. Spec: tool-definition-quality-score. License: Apache-2.0.
