Use of the service

Agent Toolbox provides free tools, a directory and an API "as is". You may use them for personal and commercial purposes. Do not abuse the API, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

No warranty

Outputs such as token counts and cost estimates are approximations. Verify prices and results with the relevant providers. We are not liable for decisions made based on the tools.

Third-party links

The directory and pages such as /gear link to third-party sites we do not control, including Amazon.com. Featured listings are paid placements; affiliate links (including Amazon Associates links) may earn us a commission. Neither is an endorsement.

Community tool and game submissions

You may submit links to AI agent tools for our directory and to mini games for our Community Games gallery. For tools, you confirm you made the tool or have the right to list it and that it is safe. Listing is free; a paid Featured spot is optional and never skips review.

For games: Listing is free for every game, including paid games and games with in-game purchases; there is no paid listing for games. By submitting, you confirm the game is your original work (or you have the rights to share it), that you have accurately disclosed its pricing (Free, Free with in-game purchases, or Paid) and any in-game purchases, and free of malware, phishing, tracking, adult or unlawful content. Games are hosted by you on third-party sites; we only link to them and never host or run submitted code. We review submissions by hand and may decline, edit the listing text of, or remove any listing at any time at our sole discretion, without notice. Your contact email is used only to reach you about your submission (and for the newsletter only if you opt in). You grant us permission to display your title, description, handle and screenshot in the gallery. To request removal, email [email protected].

Paid plans

Pro API plans are billed via Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Contact us to cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Featured directory listings

There are 25 Featured spots. Spots 1-12 are priced at the base rate for our current audience tier and spots 13-25 at the base rate plus 20%; Agent Toolbox no longer sells new Featured or sponsor placements. When all spots are taken, new buyers join a waitlist (email [email protected]) and freed spots are offered in the order people joined.

Each Featured spot runs for 30 days from the date your payment is approved. You can buy a single 30-day period, which simply ends, or choose auto-renew, which renews monthly at the price you locked in until you cancel. If you don't renew, any later purchase is at the then-current base rate. When a listing expires its spot is released to the waitlist. We may decline or remove listings that are unlawful, misleading or unrelated to AI agents. All Featured purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Toolbox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
