Sponsor Terms

These terms apply to sponsor plans bought from Agent Toolbox (agenttoolbox.net), alongside our Terms of Service. The Featured directory listing ($49/month) is a separate product and is covered by our general terms and refund policy.

What every plan includes

Each sponsor plan includes a place in the sitewide top sponsor bar, a slot in the weekly newsletter, and a featured card on the site, for each paid month. There are at most 75 sponsor spots across all plans. When every spot is taken, new sponsors join a single waitlist and are offered spots in the order they joined.

Founder's Plan

The Founder's Plan has a 12-month term. When our newsletter has 0 to 500 subscribers, spots 1 to 25 are $50 per month and spots 26 to 50 are $60 per month. Both of those prices are one-time offers that never reopen. After that, the plan costs $65 per month. You can prepay a year ($600, $720 or $780) or pay monthly. Your price stays locked while the plan auto-renews without a break.

If you pay monthly and cancel before the 12-month term ends, you lose your Founder's price and owe nothing further. A prepaid year can't be refunded and runs until the end of its term.

Monthly Plan

The Monthly Plan costs $75 per month at 0 to 500 subscribers and has a 2-month minimum. After the minimum, it continues month to month until you cancel. Your price stays locked while the plan auto-renews.

One-Month Promotion

A single month of placements, priced at the current Monthly price plus 25%, rounded to the nearest $5 ($95 at 0 to 500 subscribers). It has no price lock.

Pricing as we grow

Prices for new sponsors rise with newsletter size, and the published prices are starting prices. Your locked price doesn't change while your plan auto-renews. If your plan lapses or is cancelled, any new purchase uses the prices current at that time.

Creative

Email your creative to sponsors@agenttoolbox.net at least 3 business days before your first run. It should include a headline of up to 60 characters, body copy of up to 75 words, one link, an optional image or GIF, and an optional video or audio link. You can send creative for a free pre-check before you buy. We may decline or ask for changes to creative that is misleading, unlawful, offensive or unsafe, or that doesn't fit our audience. If late creative causes a placement to be missed, that placement isn't eligible for a make-good.

Make-goods

If we fail to run a paid placement as agreed, we rerun it free. A make-good rerun is our only obligation for a missed placement.

All sales final; no guaranteed results

All sponsor sales are final, apart from the make-goods described above. We don't guarantee any number of impressions, clicks, signups, sales or other results.

Billing and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. To cancel, email sponsors@agenttoolbox.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, or at the end of any minimum term if that comes later.
